At the Red Door Lakeside, your comfort and safety is our top priority.  This year has taught us about COVID-19 and protecting each other.  Over the last several months, we have researched the most effective way to clean and disinfect our property for your use, and have developed the following list of protocols and best practices that you can count on.

In addition to all-over housekeeping you can expect the following:

• Contactless check-in
• EPA approved sanitizing & disinfecting products
• Disinfection of "high touch areas" like, door handles & knobs, keypads, remotes, light switches, etc
• Touchless hand sanitizer stations at exterior doors
• Linens & towels washed at higher temperatures.
• Appliances wiped down inside and out
• All exterior chairs & tables wiped down
